You can purchase nature books with beautiful landscapes or hear some music that you like. Get involved in everyday things instead of wallowing in stress and gloom. You can prepare your favourite dishes or have fun with your friends. These things will divert your attention away from your anxieties and make you worry less.

Is Panic Away some sort of miracle? Obviously not, because it isn’t. It would be a lie to say that you will be “cured” of anxiety and panic once you buy the book. Like I said above, it is another tool in your arsenal for your battle against anxiety and panic attacks.
